The first thing...
...is not to try and guess why they have not got back to you. There could be almost an infinite number of different reasons, many may be out of their control.
Instead, try to find out the best way that you can get your need met by working through the list below.
Have they found it?
If you left the vOUCHer for them to find and think they may have not found it, you can look to see if it is still there. You may need to put it somewhere else for them to find it.
In person?
If you feel ok to do so, hand the vOUCHer to them in person.
Ask them?
Ask someone else?
If the person isn't able to respond to your vOUCHer, is there anybody else who you feel you can give the VOUCHer to? If so try them.
Additional Support
If there is nobody else you trust to give a vOUCHer to and still feel you need some support. Remember you can visit our additional support page to see a list of organisations that may be able to help you.

Each book has 24 vOUCHers that can be used to get the emotional support you may need. There are 12 different types of vOUCHers and the book has 2 of each.
